Microbacterium: 36 Stutzerimonas: 21 Vreelandella: 29 Paracoccus: 24 Zobellella: 7 The profiles were generated using the antiSMASH online pipeline to identify and annotate biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs) involved in the production of secondary metabolites. These data are intended to support comparative genomic analyses of five microbial strains isolated from the northwest coast of Baja California, Mexico. They facilitate the exploration of metabolic potential across diverse bacterial taxa and serve as a reference resource for studies on natural product biosynthesis.
