ELISIR

ELISIR (Eblaite Lexikon: Interoperable Semantic Index and Repository) is a lexical resource for the ancient Eblaite language. It leverages Linked Data technologies to make this corpus more accessible and interoperable for research. This Zenodo record hosts the lexical data of ELISIR. At its core, the project uses the OntoLex Lemon framework to structure Eblaite lexical data. The frontend is built with SvelteKit, providing a fast, reactive, and user-friendly interface to browse and search the Lexikon. ELISIR represents a bridge between traditional tools and modern digital humanities, making the vocabulary attested in the documents of the Ebla Archives accessible and connected for linguists, historians, and computational researchers alike.
