Average biomass of species per bank

Matrices of species (including common and scientific names) average (2005-2017) biomass per survey tow on each of the ten banks of the Scotian Shelf. Banks partitioned into eastern, ESS, and western, WSS, halves of the shelf and cells colour-coded by average biomass (yellow=low, red=high). One tab per taxonomic group: 1) Crustaceans, 2) Echinoderms, and 3) Mollusks + Cirripedia. These community matrices were used as is (for biomass-weighted assemblage structure) and transformed into binary (presence/absence) for community similarity and ordination analyses.
