Changes in the diversity and structure of soil bacterial communities in rice-paddy soils during a growing season

The objective of this project was to analyse the bacteriological status of the paddy soils located in the Guadalquivir wetlands, at the South-west of Spain during a growing season. We aimed at describing the effect of long-term fertilization on the structure and stability of the soil and rhizosphere-associated bacterial communities.
