De-identified genotype–phenotype dataset for antiseizure medication resistance in Vietnamese temporal lobe epilepsy

This dataset contains the de-identified participant-level analysis data supporting the manuscript “Candidate pharmacogenetic variants and antiseizure medication resistance in Vietnamese temporal lobe epilepsy: a case-control study.” It includes prespecified pharmacogenetic variants, clinical phenotype variables, MRI structural phenotype, treatment-response variables and covariates used in the reported analyses. Direct personal identifiers are not included.
