COI and ddRADseq dataset for the hydrothermal vent gastropod Alviniconcha boucheti, A. strummeri & A. kojimai

This project refers to a ddRADseq (double-digested associated DNA sequencing) study of the hydrothermal vent gastropod Alviniconcha boucheti, A. strummeri and A. boucheti from the Southwestern Pacific back-arc basins. Mitochondrial cytochrome oxydase I (COI) sequences were also obtained for the biosamples contained in this project.
