RNA expression in CD4+ T cells with anti-VEGFB treatment

The RNA expression in TCR-activated CD4+ T cells with anti-VEGFB treatment was analyzed by RNA-seq. Overall design: CD4+ naive T cells were activated by anti-CD3 (5 µg/mL) and anti-CD28 (2 µg/mL) plus IL-2 (100 U/mL) with the treatment of anti-VEGF-B (1 µg/mL) or normal Goat IgG control (1 µg/mL) for 3 days. Then, 5×105 cells were pelleted to extract total RNA by TRIzol reagent.
