Performance Comparisons between Clustering Models for Reconstructing NGS Results from Technical Replicates. Replicate analysis of NA12878 genome

This study deals with the issue of evaluating next generation DNA sequencing in the absence of gold standard. It attempts to evaluate the appropriateness of the widely used concordance-discordance criteria in this situation using three technical replicates of the NA12878 genome. It then compares and evaluates the abilities of several clustering models to merge sequencing results of several NGS replicates to obtain a new callest with improved performance;
