R file to produce statistics and figures

This file requires reads the data from Tejio_Nunez_2019_Ecol_Eng.csv and produces all figures (and more) and statistics that are used in the paper. Note that the file is best executed with source(). It then displays a primitive menu from which various figures or statistics can be selected to be produced. Apologies for a very basic R code!
