Emmy Noether: Modern LaTeX Working Corpus and Multilingual Translation Drafts (Integrated v26 Source-Control Update)

This is the reader-facing Emmy Noether working record for the Modern LaTeX Editions of Mathematics Manuscripts project. This version fronts 00_Noether_German_Cumulative_Working_SourceControl_v26_20260711.pdf, a 466-page German source-control reader, and supplies the integrated v26 TeX, source witnesses, page dispositions, correction ledgers, diffs, render checks, prior-chain evidence, and build logs in 07_Noether_Current_German_SourceControl_v26_20260711.zip. What changed: the v20-v26 chain extends direct source comparison beyond the previous v19 release. It records Paper 34 through printed p. 692, current-head page passes for Papers 35-39, a Paper 41 regression repair, five integrated R817 Paper 19 corrections, and a page-disposition ledger for all 21 printed pages of Paper 43. The newest v26 repair restores seven atomic Paper 43 loci, including two occurrences of alpha = alpha e, a congruence modulo S_i, and the heading Komponentenzerlegung der Differente. The grouped ZIP has one safe root and a verified 882-row SHA-256 manifest. Status caveat: this is a serious source-repair and translation working corpus, not OCR-only, but it is not a critical edition, author-wide source-faithfulness certification, paper-by-paper certification, multilingual synchronization, or publication-grade proofreading. The retained English and multilingual readers predate some German repairs. Inherited words such as COMPLETE, closure, or closed refer only to bounded local audit tasks. A newer R818 Paper 20 packet and an active v27 Paper 40 directory remain unintegrated continuation inputs and are not competing public heads.
