BPhage test dataset and midsave file

These are two additional datasets for the analysis pipeline at https://github.com/nikolasbasler/BPhage BPhage_test_dataset.tar.gz is a reduced raw dataset to test the entire pipeline. mid_save.tar.gz contains all output from the high-performance computing that is needed to reproduce the statistical testing and visualisiation.
