IASI SO2 Climate Data Record Release 1 - Metop-A and -B

The IASI SO2 Climate Data Record (CDR) has been processed using the Brescia algorithm using the IASI Level 1C as input. It was processed using IASI instruments onboard Metop-A and Metop-B polar orbiting satellites and covers the period from 2007 until the end of 2023. It includes several Brescia SO2 variables and auxiliary variables (mainly meteorological) used to build the atmospheric pressure profiles associated with SO2 observations. The SO2 information is provided on 5 vertical atmospheric levels.
