Supplementary Material. Characterization of bacteria isolated from Sumaterana crassiovis (endemic Indonesian frog) and their potential as biocontrol agents against chili anthracnose

The dataset comprises raw and processed data from a study investigating bacterial isolates collected from the skin of Sumaterana crassiovis, an endemic Indonesian frog species. The dataset includes isolation records, phenotypic characterizations, antifungal screening results, and in vivo disease suppression assays against Colletotrichum sp. (Col1) on chili, as well as disease severity index (DSI) calculations and statistical analyses. These data facilitate the evaluation of frog skin–associated bacteria, specifically Aerococcus sp. strain ScV9, as potential biocontrol agents against chili anthracnose disease.
