An alpha-enolase (ENO1) related gene signature predicts prognosis risk and therapeutic response in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

High ENO1 expression in Burkitt lymphoma is associated with poor clinical outcomes. ENO1 is an RNA-binding protein, but its function in Burkitt lymphoma is unknown. We made RIP-seq of ENO1 through Illumina HiSeq X Ten sequencing platform, hoping to find RNA that can be bound by ENO1 and further analyze the function of ENO1.
