RNA sequencing of Magellan and PI567516C in response to SCN infection in soybean roots

RNA sequencing of Magellan and PI567516C in response to SCN infection in soybean roots. The project goal is to understand the role of soybean transcripts during SCN infection. Here, we analyzed 30 RNA libraries including three biological replicates from two soybean lines (SCN resistant PI 567516C derived line and SCN susceptible Magellan derived line) under SCN HG Type 1.3.5.6.7 treatment. The root samples were collected at 0, 2, 3, 5 and 10-days post-infection.
