Transcriptome combined with metabolome analysis reveals key factors in the infection response of Rhododendron petals to Alternaria spp

Previously ,We have isolated and characterized the main pathogens Alternaria alternata from the infected wild azaleapetals.And it has also been proven to infect azaleapetals and cause Petal blight.For this reason,we want to know which genes transcription and metabolites accumulation induced by Alternaria alternata infection,that will provide basic theories for disease-resistant of azaleapetals.
