Capture-C upon optogenetic depletion of the cofactor Chip in Drosophila melanogaster embryos at 2-4h after egg-laying

Capture-C was performed in control and upon optogenetic nuclear depletion of the cofactor Chip in 2-4h Drosophila melanogaster embryos. The regions for capture were selected based on Chip and Zelda occupancy as well as genes that are deregulated upon Chip depletion. Control regions not overlapping these criteria were included.
