Single-cell RNASeq of infiltrating immune cells in Batf2-expressing and empty vector control murine squamous cell carcinomas

The EV-MOC2-E6 E7 and Batf2-MOC2-E6E7 cells were implanted subcutaneously in the wild type C57BL6/J mice. When the tumor volume reached the aim size, the tumors were harvested for the tumor infiltrating lymphocytes. Then red cells and dead cells were removed by ACK Lysing Buffer and Dead Cell Removal kit and submitted in 1X PBS pluse 0.04% BSA for 10X Genomics 3-single-cell processing and RNA-Seq.
