Notes:
-Diameter is spherical equivalent diameter: Diameter of a sphere scattering the same light intensity as the detected ice particle
-TDL RH_ice in % is relative humidity with respect to ice measured with a tunabel diode laser hygrometer
-AIDA time is time after start of cloud chamber expansion
