Purpose: Entrepreneurial activities in media industry have been facilitated by digital media and a number of youth started to do business with presenting content or platform thanks to lowering barriers to market entry. however rate of success has been low and a large portion of startups fail. for this reason, this article seels to identify the success factors that lead a media entrepreneur to success. Method: This article uses ISM to ientify the critical success factors of media entrepreneurship. in the first step, a list of critical factors identifid from literature extracted. Then ISM used to levelize the factors. Findings: the analysis showed that six factors of opportunity recognition, efficient market environment, access to resources, business savvy, external support, family background, education and and experience are the main CSF of media entrepreneurship.
