Investigation of downstream genes regulated by ACOT12 in HCC cells [MHCC97H]

MHCC97H cell, a human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell line, was stably overexpressed with empty vector, ACOT12, or ACOT12(RR312,313EE) mutant (ACOT12m). These cells were then used for gene expression profiles analysis. In the study presented here, to investigation of downstream genes regulated by ACOT12 in HCC cells, MHCC97H cells were stably overexpressed with empty vector, ACOT12, or ACOT12 mutant (ACOT12m). These stable cells were obtained by puromycin selection for 1 week. After validations by western boltting and other functional assays, these cells were then used for gene expression profiles analysis.
