This dataset contains the complete taxonomic classification of fungal and bacterial taxa detected in the strawberry rhizosphere, indicating core taxa shared across all treatments and unique taxa specific to strawberry cultivar, fungal BCA treatment, or mite infestation. Taxa were identified from ITS (fungi) and 16S rRNA (bacteria) amplicon sequencing data and are provided with taxonomic assignments from phylum to genus/species level. The table also includes relative abundance of each taxon for every experimental condition, and flags taxa as “core” (shared across all treatments) or “unique” (specific to a cultivar, fuangal BCA treatment, or infestation level).
