Identification of known and novel miRNA targets in tea plant (Camellia sinensis) infected with Lasiodiplodia theobromae by degradome sequencing

Tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf spot infected by Lasiodiplodia theobromae can led to a huge loss of tea yield. Degradome sequencing can reveal many known and novel miRNA targets during the plant-pathogen interaction. Tea samples were taken for degradome sequencing after infected by Lasiodiplodia theobromae for 3 days.
