We performed microarray analysis and real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) to detect the expression levels of lncRNA in blood collected from 2 WT patients. Goal was to determine the underlying mechanism by which lncRNA regulates WT progression. Overall design: Total RNA was extracted from blood samples from 2 WT and 2 healthy children using Trizol reagent (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions, followed by purification using the NucleoSpin® RNA clean-up kit (MACHEREY-NAGEL, Germany).
