Triple oxygen isotope data (D17 calculated from d17O and d18O) of dissolved oxygen were collected in the Beaufort Gyre on the Beaufort Gyre Observing System (BGOS) - Joint Ocean Ice System (JOIS) research expeditions from 2011 to 2016. Ratios of O2/Ar were also measured. Data were collected at most stations in the surface ocean and the deep chlorophyll maximum. Additionally, 5 to 8 profiles of oxygen data reaching depths of up to 2000 m were collected each year. The triple oxygen isotope data can be used to calculate gross primary productivity. The O2/Ar data can be used to calculate net community production.
