资源简介:
The provided data pertains to our study, which focuses on assessing the vulnerability of 15 species of stingless bees (10 genera) and the honey bee Apis mellifera to oral and contact exposure of the organophosphate dimethoate within the context of a 10x safety factor. Adhering to the risk analysis protocols of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), our research involved bees with diverse biological characteristics inhabiting various geographic distributions, including those of endangered species. Our study also encompasses the development of Species Sensitivity Distribution (SSD) curves, refined through correlations between body weight and dimethoate response. To the best of our knowledge, this research represents the most extensive work in terms of the number of bee species in the field of bee ecotoxicology, covering the largest variety of species and both exposure routes.
