The DO file reveals data and methods for my recalculation of personal income and the sectoral balances in the US. Most source data in the DTA file were obtained through the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED). However, some of the variables needed to replicate Cynamon and Fazzari’s (2017) adjusted household income and net financial savings were missing for the pre-1992 period. These missing values have been filled in using Cynamon and Fazzari’s extrapolations, details of which are available upon request, subject to their consent.
