Dataset for the manuscript "Academic resilience and students self-efficacy in the prolonged exposure to stress conditions: a comparative study of Polish and Ukrainian university students"

The data used in this study is derived from a sample of 582 university students and forms the basis for the findings presented in the article titled "Academic Resilience and Students' Self-Efficacy in Prolonged Exposure to Stress Conditions: A Comparative Study of Polish and Ukrainian University Students." The dataset captures information on the relationship between academic resilience and students' self-efficacy. The data was collected to explore how students from Poland and Ukraine manage academic challenges and maintain a sense of efficacy in stressful and prolonged conditions.
