Proteomic analysis of meningioma cells IOMM-Lee treated with brusatol

This dataset comprises quantitative proteomic profiles of human malignant meningioma IOMM-Lee cells treated with 10 nM brusatol for 48 hours. The experiment aims to elucidate the non-cytotoxic mechanisms of this natural compound at a low dose in inhibiting tumor cell growth, with a focus on protein-level regulatory networks.
