Population genetic differentiation in Gyrinophilus pophyriticus

This project is comprises of 3 lanes of ddRAD sequencing data as a part of a larger study to understand the causes and consequences of dispersal in the stream salamander species Gyrinophilus porphyriticus. This project includes sequence reads for 432 individuals from five headwater streams in the Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest, New Hampshire, USA.
