Data and Code for :Synergistic Interface Engineering of Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) Healing Abutments via Zirconia (ZrO2) Nanocoating Magnetron Sputtering and Ultraviolet-C (UVC) Photofunctionalization for Enhanced Soft Tissue Integration and Antibacterial Performance
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the raw experimental data and analysis code supporting the study entitled "Synergistic Interface Engineering of Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) Healing Abutments via Zirconia (ZrO₂) Nanocoating Magnetron Sputtering and Ultraviolet-C (UVC) Photofunctionalization for Enhanced Soft Tissue Integration and Antibacterial Performance." The dataset includes the raw data generated from experimental investigations of zirconia (ZrO₂) nanocoated PEEK healing abutments with and without ultraviolet-C (UVC) photofunctionalization. The deposited materials comprise data from surface characterization, wettability measurements, cell biological experiments (including proliferation, morphology, and adhesion-related assays), antibacterial experiments, statistical analyses, and the corresponding scripts used for data processing and figure generation. These data support the conclusions that UVC-activated ZrO₂ nanocoating improves the surface bioactivity of PEEK, promotes gingival epithelial cell and fibroblast responses, and inhibits bacterial colonization. Note: This repository does not include the bioinformatics analysis data. The transcriptomic dataset analyzed in the manuscript (GSE33774) is publicly available from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), and the corresponding bioinformatics methods and results are provided in the Supplementary Materials accompanying the manuscript.
