Supporting Data: 3D Nano-Printed Bistable Microlens Actuator for Reconfigurable Micro-Optical Systems

The repository contains the dataset and Python scripts for the analyses presented in the journal article “3D Nano-Printed Bistable Microlens Actuator for Reconfigurable Micro-Optical Systems.” It supports the reproduction of the panels depicted in Figures 3, 4, 5, and 6.

Data is organized into dedicated folders corresponding to each figure and its constituent panels. White light interferometry measurements are provided in DATX format, whereas beam profile measurements are available in HDF5 format.

To replicate the analyses, assign the appropriate local directories or file locations to the variables labeled "folder_path" or "path" in the Python scripts. Once these file paths are correctly specified, executing the scripts will generate the figures and analyses as described in the paper.
