Mouthpart measurements of the wild bee species from South Corsica (Hymenoptera: Anthophila)

Measurements of dissected mouthparts from 105 species of wild bees (Hymenoptera: Anthophila), for integration to the BeeFunc trait database. Specimens were collected through net sweeping or pan traps in 2017, during a wild bee monitoring around Bonifacio (South Corsica), in collaboration with the Office pour l'Environnement de la Corse, funded by the Museum National d’Histoire Naturelle of Paris through the Labex BCDiv program. Specimens vouchers are now hosted in the MNHN. Measurements were taken by Florent Bastianelli, under supervision of Adrien Perrard, at the iEES-Paris laboratory. Measurements were taken on photographs of dissected mouthparts, using the ImageJ software. Photographs were taken using a Stereo-microscope Zeiss SteReo Discovery V20, with a Plan S 1.0x FWD 81 mm objective, and a Zeiss AxioCam IcC5 camera (Carl Zeiss AG).
