Soil Data

This dataset supports the study of soil nutrient dynamics across a 0–600 cm soil profile following cropland conversion to poplar plantations. It includes measurements from adjacent cropland and poplar plantations aged 2, 5, 7, 10, 14, 20, and 38 years. Five replicate plots were sampled at ten depth intervals: 0–20, 20–40, 40–60, 60–80, 80–100, 100–200, 200–300, 300–400, 400–500, and 500–600 cm. The dataset contains soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, C/N, C/P, N/P, bulk density, and soil water content. Missing ammonium nitrogen measurements are retained as blank cells without imputation.
