A multi-omics approach was used to understand how temperature affects the molecular mechanisms of pathogenicity of Lasiodiplodia theobromae at different temperatures. The transcriptome (Illumina TruSeq) of LA-SOL3 strain grown at 25 °C and 37 °C was analysed. Overall design: For RNA extraction, LA-SOL3 was inoculated into a 250 mL flask containing 50 mL of PDB and incubated at 25 °C or at 37 °C for 4 days. The transcriptome of LA-SOL3 was sequenced by Illumina TruSeq to characterise the differential expression at both temperatures.
