CT26 Control vs ADV-NC GSEA analysis

BALB/c mice were injected intradermally with 1×10⁶ CT26-car cells. When the tumors reached approximately 50–100 mm³, the mice were randomly grouped and intratumorally treated with an ADV dose of 1×10⁸ pfu. The first administration was recorded as the first day, with injections every other day for a total of three times. The survival and tumor size of the animals were observed every other day. The tumor volume was calculated as 0.5 × length × width². Three to five days after the last injection of the virus, the mice were sacrificed and the tumor tissues were collected for transcriptome sequencing.
