A 16SrDNA sequencing study of emodin to improve the structure of gut microbiota in mice

In order to investigate that Emodin has some ameliorative effects on DOX-induced intestinal flora disruption, we performed 16SrDNA sequencing by cecal transplantation of mice with flora from different sources. The results revealed that Emodin could indeed remodel the disrupted intestinal flora.
