Transcriptome of Arabidopsis shoot apical meristem of Col, bdg1-4 and lacs2-4

To analyze the dynamic expression of cutin genes regulated by Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings under light and dark, transcriptional analysis of cotyledons and SAM including apical hook of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings was carried out. After germination, the seedlings were vernalized at 4 °for 2 days, cultured in 22 °dark for 4 days, and then cultured for 6 hours in dark(DCol, Dbdg1, Dlacs2) and under light for 6 hours(LCol, Lbdg1, Llacs2) respectively. The samples were collected at the same time for transcriptomic sequencing. Each sample has three biological repeats. Total RNA was isolated with RNAiso Plus (9109, TaKaRa). Illumina sequencing libraries were generated using the standard protocol. The paired-end sequencing libraries were sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencer.
