The data consist of simulations of the carbon cycle in the terrestrial ecosystems of China from 2015 to 2100, using the Community Earth System Model (CESM) under the SSP3-7.0 scenario. The SSP3-7.0 scenario represents a high-emission pathway, characterized by regional rivalry and slow progress in climate mitigation, leading to rising greenhouse gas emissions.
