Tutorial: methods for three-dimensional visualization of archival tissue material

Raw data of a whole-mount H&E stained formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded colorectal carcinoma specimen processed using Knife Edge Scanning Microscopy (KESM) into more than 1200 sections taken at 5 micron thickness to cover over 5 millimeters in total visualization depth. Raw data consists of tiled JPEGs for each serial section (z000000 - z001449).
