<b>Dataset and trained DeePKS model for HSE06-level electronic structure calculations in GaN</b>

This dataset supports the findings of our study on developing a machine-learning-assisted DeePKS (Deep Kohn-Sham) model for GaN, which achieves HSE06-level accuracy at a computational cost comparable to PBE.
