Animal QTLdb

Animal QTLdb是一个动物数量性状位点(QTL)数据库，收集了家畜动物基因组中所有公开可用的性状映射数据，包括QTL、候选基因、关联数据(GWAS)和拷贝数变异(CNV)。该数据库致力于促进物种内和物种间发现的定位与比较，支持用户直接提交数据，并与多个数据联盟共享数据。目前包含8个物种、19个基因组图谱和318,441个QTL/关联数据。Animal QTLdb is a livestock quantitative trait locus (QTL) database that collects all publicly available trait mapping data from livestock genomes, including QTLs, candidate genes, genome-wide association study (GWAS) data, and copy number variation (CNV) data. This database is dedicated to facilitating the localization and comparison of discoveries within and across species, supports direct data submission by users, and shares data with multiple data consortia. Currently, it contains 8 livestock species, 19 genetic linkage maps, and 318,441 QTL/association data entries.
