Functionality investigation

This dataset provides step by step the methodology followed to examine the functionality of the 5 milk samples by shotgun metagenome analysis. <br>First the NSLAB present in the 5 milk samples were annotated.Then the genes from the annotated scaffolds were used against a reference microorganism in KEGG (for further details read the related manuscript) for the 15 pathways related to proteolysisFinally redundancy and uniqueness of genes related to the pathways is provided per sample.<br><br>
