Total number of start-up exits in Israel 2015-2024

As of the first half of 2024, 53 technology start-ups in Israel successfully exited though M&A, a buyout or IPO. This indicated an easing of the downward trend, from 2022, in the number of liquidity events in the local high-tech sector. Between 2021 and 2023, the total number of exits decreased by almost 65 percent. During the observed period, this is the lowest exit volume since 2015.
