Fusraium wilt is one the main fungus diseases in sesame and is caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. sesami (FOS). To reveal the pathogenicity of FOS and the disease resistance of sesame to FOS pathogen, we sequenced and assembled the high- quality genome of FOS strain with high pathogenicity. The genome information will contribute to disease resistance mechanism and disease control in sesame and other crops production.
