This dataset contains electronic health record (EHR) data of 8,983 intensive care unit (ICU) patients who received unfractionated heparin (UFH) anticoagulation therapy between 2012 and 2018. It includes laboratory values relevant to UFH dose decision-making, and investigates the impact of data missingness on the dynamics of patient status. With a cohort of 8,983 ICU patients, this dataset is designed for optimal control studies on anticoagulation therapy dosing.
