<b>Effect of Dulaglutide on Stress Response of Patients in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Osteoporosis</b>

A total of 108 T2DM patients complicated with OS admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were enrolled as study subjects, including 50 patients who received conventional treatment (control group) and 58 patients who received DU on the basis of conventional treatment (research group). Changes in blood glucose, bone metabolism and bone mineral density (BMD) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) levels were measured. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) were applied to assess patients’ pain intensity and improvement in functions. Adverse reactions during treatment were statistically analyzed.
