Perovskite-CIGS and CIGS reference solar cells data measured outdoors through MPP-tracking, Berlin 2023

The datasets in this repository contains a year worth of MPP-tracked measurements of a double junction perovskite-CIGS tandem. In addition, a single junction CIGS reference measured simultaneously, during and after the month of April, is included as comparison. The dataset is provided together with the irradiance measured at the same installation angle and the sample´s temperature measured on the back of the sample. Moreover, the indoor measurements of the device before and after encapsulation are also provided.
