The dataset contains source and calculation data from ChIP-qPCR experiments, qPCR-based oriV quantification, densitometric analyses of TrfA protein stability, OD600 growth measurements, statistical calculations, and individual figure files.All data are provided as spreadsheet files or standard image formats that can be opened with commonly available software (Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice, standard image viewers).
