资源简介:
The relationship between gut microbiota and Plasmodium infection is one of the current research hotspots. A large number of bacteria, fungi, viruses, and other microorganisms inhabit the human intestine, forming the gut microbiota. The gut microbiota is closely related to human health, playing a key role in digesting food, synthesizing nutrients, maintaining intestinal barriers, and regulating the immune system. Malaria, on the other hand, is an infectious disease caused by Plasmodium, transmitted through mosquito bites. Malaria is one of the most significant parasitic diseases worldwide, infecting millions of people and causing hundreds of thousands of deaths annually.
